The objective of Women's Training Institute of YWCA of Delhi is to train, empower and make women self-reliant.  Providing vocational training has been the prime concern of YWCA besides literacy and vocational skills, health and nutrition, employment oriented activity, counseling and rehabilitation and education for street children.
