The Blue Triangle Family Hostel (BTFH) was started in November 1982. The main objective
   of the hostel is to provide clean & homely environment where visitors to the capital city can
   have a safe and comfortable stay. It meets and fulfills all needs and demands of both
   International and Indian Tourists who come to this metropolis on business, excursions,
   witness sports cultural events, holidaying and sightseeing or for interviews, seminars and
   conferences.Its other purpose is to serve as a source of income for the Association for its
   sustenance and help in supporting YWCA's social welfare/social action programmes.

Advance Booking
Advance booking can be done on payment of one day charges per room in favour of the YWCA of Delhi by Demand
Draft/ Cash/ Credit Card (Master Card & Visa)

Cancellation

Refund of advance may be subjected to the following conditions:

1. All requests regarding cancellation should be in writing. No request for the cancellation on telephone will be
    entertained.
2. Cancellation should be requested 48 hrs before the specified date, with original receipt, for refund of advance.
3. If Cancellation is requested in less than 48 hrs before the specified date, the entire advance will be forfeited.
4. If the cancellation is requested in more than 48 hrs, the advance will be refunded.
5. After one pre-ponement or postponement permitted, cancellation is not possible.
6. 10% of the tariff charges will be deducted as administrative charges, from all cancellation charges. This is applicable
    to groups, patrons and individuals even if cancellation request are made within the stipulated time limit.
7. Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of Letter/ Fax/ E.mail.
8. Cancellation rules will be strictly  adhered to.
9. The decision of the management will be final.

Rules and Regulations

1.  Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. Tariffs will be revised from October 2010.
2.  Tariff including Breakfast.
3.  Check in/ Check out time is 12.00 Noon.
4.  Transient membership fee of Rs 50/- will be charged per head on arrival, which is valid for one month.
5.  Reservation are open 24 hours.
6.  Luxury tax 10% will be charged on room tariffs above Rs. 500/-
7.  Payment can be made by Cash/ Bank Draft/ Credit Cards.
8.  Foreign Exchange accepted at prevailing bank rates.
9.  No Credit is given.
10.Postponement or Pre-ponement is permitted only once against one booking and only against a confirmed date.
11.Maximum period of stay is one month.
12.For 1-4 Pax cancellation made under 48 Hrs. One days room charges will be levied.
13.For 5-15 Pax cancellation made under 15 days. One days charges per room will be levied.
14.For above 15 Pax cancellation made under 30 days. One days charges per room will be levied.
