Room Facilities:

The BTFH has 43 rooms including double rooms, single rooms, executive deluxe room and club rooms. Our rooms are equipped with all amenities and conveniences such as attached bath with hot water facility, intercom & TVs.

Additional Facilities:

A restaurant in the premises serves Chinese, Continental and Indian Cuisine is certainly advantageous to guests.

A 24-hours travel counter is located within the premises, providing the facilities such as STD / ISD / PCO, Fax & internet. The travel counter also arranges for sightseeing tours, taxi service, domestic & international ticketings etc.

A website on YWCA of Delhi:www.ywcaofdelhi.org was launched at the initiative of BTFH, during the year under report. It acts as a window for publicity and interaction with clients, well wishers, and others similar organisations all over the world.

Advance Booking

Advance booking can be done on payment of one day's room charges in favour of the YWCA of Delhi by Demand draft/cash/credit card (Master & Visa)

Cancellation

* Refund of advance may be made under the following condition.

*Cancellation to be notified 24 hrs before the specified date with original receipt for refund of advance.

*All notification regarding cancellation should be in writing.

*If the notice is less than 24 hrs,the advance will be forefeited.

*After preponement or postponement cancellation is not possible.

*10% of the tariff charges will be held as administrative charges.This is applicable to groups,patrons and individuals even though notice period is given.

Rules and Regulations

* Cancellation made less than 48 hrs (1-4Pax/2rooms): one day's room charges will be levied.

*Cancellation made less than 15 days (5-15Pax/8rooms):one day charges per room will be levied.

*For above 15 Pax cancellation made less than 30 days,one day's charges per room will be levied.

For cancellation made stipulated period fyll refund less 10% administrative charges on tariff per room in all cases will be charged.

*Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of letter /Fax/E.mail.no. request for the cancellation on telephone will be entertained.

*Cancellation rules will be strictly adhered to.

*The decision of the management will be final.

• Tariff includes Breakfast.
• Check in/out time is 12.00 Noon.
• Transient membership fee of Rs. 20/- will be charged per head on arrival, which is valid for one month.
• Reservations open 24 hours.
• Luxuary tax 10% will be charged on room tariff above Rs. 500/
• Payment can be made by Cash or Bank Draft.
• Credit Cards are accepted.
• One day advance to be paid at the time of reservation for confirmed booking.
• Foreign Exchange accepted at prevailing bank rates.
• No Credit
• Postponement or Preponement is permitted only once against one booking and only against a confirmed date.
• Maximum period of stay is one month.
• Final payment to be done only by cash/credit card or demand draft.
